Jasmine tea is an incredibly healthy tea typically based on green tea leaves. Green tea comes from the plant Camellia sinensis. Black tea, green tea, and oolong tea are all made from the same plant but are prepared using different processing methods. Green tea extract contains polyphenols. These include the most active type, epigallocatechin gallate. Green tea have the highest levels of polyphenols. This means they have the most health benefits.

Direction of Use :
Use one teaspoon of jasmine green tea leaves for each cup. It is best made with water at 85 degree celcius. Bring fresh water to boil, allow it to cool slightly. Pour that water into the cup and brew it for 2 minutes. For taste you can add honey or sugar. Do not add milk.
