How to Season Cast Iron Tawa Or Kadai:

Apply oil and the salt mixture over the surface of the TAWA or KADAI.

Heat the TAWA till the oil absorbed and Scrub it off well using any Dishwasher.

Do this for 3 times continuously. Then add hot water and scrub it off well and wash it.

Now fry onion with oil in the TAWA or KADAI and dispose it.

Apply oil using onion all over the surface of the containers.

Now the TAWA or KADAI is ready for use, If you followed this method this utensil will not rust.
